Skin rash... treating it as candida...Any one with experience with this?

Hello,

Over three months ago I pulled ALL forms of Sugar out of my diet including fruits and grains. The reason was because I was bloated and overeating high-carbohydrate foods. I had a problem with constipation that so far has only been relieved by drinking coffee again... trust me I have tried everything including psyllium which left me bloated and constipated as well as magnesium and vitamoiin C, and I did many cleanses prior to all of this. After the cleanses I would end up going into binges. I also did colonics which I think are great but I needed a rest from them to rebuild my inner ecology. So I figured removing the Sugar and high carbs would be a more gentle way to rebuild my digestive health (with the exception of the morning brew to help me move my bowels) and see what was really going on. I also included digestive enzymes and probiotics and started cooking more with coconut oil along the way. Well, my digestion was much better and once I started exercising more than just hikes, I have begun losing the extra weight. The problem that seemed to develop is a strange skin condition/rash that I thought might be ringworm but I had never seen ringworm like this. When I was a kid if I got ringworm it was one and it was a definite ring. Some were rings and but more were misshapen. It started with one on my stomach just below my breasts then I started seeing different ones of various shapes on my trunk, arms and felt a couple under my hairline just above my neck. My doctor said it was ring worm so I have been treating it with Solaray Yeast cleanse and topically applying Camo Care soothing lotion because it has caprylic acid and it is going away. But I am wondering if this really is ring worm? It doesn't look like any ringworm I have ever seen. I seem to have raised bumpy like things on my belly and arms. I have tried to figure out what it is by searching but have found no real answer.

I figure fighting candida is good regardless so I want to make sure I am doing things right.

Example of my meals follows:
Breakfast might be eggs, onions and soy breakfast sausage sauteed in coconut oil,

Lunch is usually a salad consisting of various organic greens, red peppers, sprouts, roasted/salted sunflower seeds, carrot (I'm beginning to eat less now because I'm sure they have too much sugar, but I'd like to know how much is ok) and I include protein like hard-boiled eggs or grilled tempeh that has been sauteed in olive oil and garlic. I use a lemon tahini dressing (not sure if it is too high in fat, 8g p/tbsp or if the ingredents are ok. The questionable ingredients are expeller pressed canola oil, organic soy sauce w/ wheat, and dijon mustard w/ distilled beet vinegar.) I started eating chicken again, but I seemed to have lost interest, kinda grosses me out and doesn't sit right with me.

Dinner maybe fish and a salad or a salad like the one mentioned for lunch with tempeh and/or eggs.

Snacks might be raw crackers comprised of raw nuts and spices (I tend over-do these) or I'll snack on organic roasted almonds, or maybe roasted pepper garlic hummus which is mainly garbanzos, olive oil, roasted red peppers, roasted garlic, lemon juice, pumpkin seeds, cumin seeds, oregano. I might eat one or two thai coconuts with milk as a snack too.

Any and all suggestion, comments welcome.

:~)
