Re: My source for Graviola and other
herbs from South America.
Thank you Owen. I had a feeling you weren't out flying kites on this rainy day :)
I've been taking my herbal supplements the same way, just dumping a spoonful in a small amount of juice or water. Then I read that they're more bio-available made into a tea or infusion. And of course it's even more bio-available when combined with an acid and a simple sugar, so I've been adding a squeeze of lemon and a bit of raw honey.
Now I can't go out because I've got to make all these teas! I need to work out a rabbit system of my own.
Don't worry about the hurricanes this year. I fixed that problem. We only have hurricanes when I spend $$$ on landscaping. This year I spent $$$$ on hurricane shutters instead, so I'm pretty sure we won't have any this year. This plan is working already - if I'd planted a big garden we'd be having a drought now instead of rain all week!
Thanks for your help and posting the Raintree website, I'm going to order some herbs from them. Have a great rest of the day.
