Re: My source for Graviola and other herbs from South America.

Hi Happyog,

I add a level teaspoon or less of the bulk
herbs to my mid-day yogurt. I don't eat all
of them every day. Nor do I make teas from
them. Graviola is most often used by people
in tea, but I decided to add the dark powder
to my food. I don't honestly know whether
anyone else does that.

I take a lot of supplemental herbs. Most of
them, I rotate on a six-day basis. I have
six little trays which hold the supplements.
I place a tiny plastic rabbit in the tray
that I'll be using today. Then I put the
rabbit in tray #2, as a reminder of which
tray to use tomorrow.

The Amazon Vitality used to be in the six
trays. But lately, I've been taking a
capsule of it, every other night, just
before I go to sleep. Sometimes, I'll take
it every night. And sometimes, I'll let a
week pass without touching it. Intuition.

I've read that echinacea shouldn't be taken
for much more than a month, without a break.
That may well be true of Amazon Vitality.
Later in the summer, if the hurricanes spare
us, I may go cold-turkey, and stop taking
all my supplements. I'd like to try living
on seaweed, aloe vera gel, bee pollen, a green superfood, and distilled water. My intuition
tells me I could live well on such a
seemingly stark diet. We shall see...

It's good to connect with you again, my
friend!

Blessings,

Owen
