Thank you both for your input, we are addressing the total diet, much in line with what ParaZapper said, in terms of alkalizing, and trying to provide all her body needs to be healthy. Her doctor has not yet provided her, or I with copies of her test results, although he has promised to do so. I will keep in touch, and look forward to hearing from others. Perhaps this can become a thread which can act as a reference. To that end, I will post the diet I have designed for her. I am open to suggestions and ideas for improvement on this. I will keep everyone posted on how it is going.


Drinks and Teas

Musts-
{
Essiac, 1/4 cup, diluted, on an empty stomach, morning and night, drink only water (at least 8 oz) over the next hour.
Green tea 16 oz per day
Pau D'Arco tea
Blessed Thistle Tea
}
Chickweed
Dandelion

Supplements

1000 mg b17 per day in 5 doses of 200 mg (when we find it, will look for whole foods

containing it until then)
200 mcg selenium (2 garlic tabs should provide this) - eat brazil nuts for more
niacin
e - all of them are in the e complex
CoQ10 (400 mgs)
calcium (1500mg)
Vitamin K (from food source and supplement)
Fish oil (2000-3000mg)
Evening Primrose Oil (1000mg)
Kelp tablets (600 mcg iodine/day from supplement)
Cholorella(1000-2000mg)
Spirullina(1000-2000mg)
Magnesium (from supplement and food)
C (1000 mg)
Potassium (from food and multi)
Curcumin (in the turmeric supplement)
Beta 1,6/1,3 Glucan (1 micron size Life Source Basics, Biopolymer Engineering hold a patent on this size, (150 mg dosage?, will look farther into dosage, we still need to find this)

Foods for Juices, salads, or snacking

1/4 cup cottage cheese w/ 2 tablespoons flax oil mixed in 2X per day (a must)
Contain essential enzymes (Bromain and papain, must get these, if not from fruit, then from supplement)
{Papaya & Pineapple}
Beepollen (after allergy test of eating 1 grain) 1 tsp/day working up to 1 tablespoon/day within a week)
Contain Vitamin K (essential due to anti-coagulant properties of several other diet factors)

Wheatgrass
Cauliflower
Kale
Endive
Kiwi
Sprouts, alfalfa, broccoli,

Bananas
Brazil Nuts
Almonds
Peanuts
Carrots (lots of these)
Cabbage

Soy Products (if they are organic only, due to high F- in regular)

Aloe Vera (only whole juice, no heat in processing, will work)
psyllium 1tsp/day working up to 1 tbs/day within a week

Japanese Ranch Dip (Real sour cream, kelp, ranch mix)
Coconut Oil (only cooking safe oil you should have)
Sea Salt (can, not must)
Natural Sugar (sparingly, if really wanted)
Honey (natural only)
Fish (but only freshwater fish or fresh wild salmon, and not a lot)
Poultry (only when you REALLY want it)
BlackStrap Molasses
Tomatoes
LOTS of water

No-Nos

Alcohol, Coffee, Red Meat, Most Dairy, Processed foods, Most Grains, Sugars, Caffeine
