Dear Isis,

Many thanks for letting us know how your Mum
is reacting to the vitamin infusions.

"Finding a vein" can be a real problem when
giving elderly people any kind of injection.
I think it might be a good idea to try the
next infusions through her feet, or leave
an infusion-fitting on her arm. And what a
shame that you have to drive so far! I wish
your clinic was 3 miles away, like mine is.

It would be good for your Mum to drink lots
of water. Most elderly persons are dehydrated,
some severely, and dehydration causes a whole
host of problems.

Apparently, the large infusions of vitamin C
did not cause your Mum to have diarrhea:
bowel tolerance. I'm not surprised. Her body
is using all of that vitamin C to begin the
healing process. If she were healthy, and you
gave her 50 grams of vitamin C, it would
produce almost instant diarrhea.

Please do keep us posted on the final three
weeks of this protocol, Isis. Needless to say,
you and your Mum are in our prayers.
