Paranoia about the Medical Establishment

I guess that I am super paranoid about the medical profession. I believe that Cholesterol and Statin drugs are a huge multi-billion if not trillion dollar scam. With me being so paranoid, I am wondering if cancer biopsy results are ever rigged so that unnecessary cancer surgery and treatments will be done to provide more money to the medical establishment. Is there anyone out there as paranoid as I am?
