I would also get checked for Lyme disease, this can cause symptoms like you mentioned, especially in the upper jaw area. Lyme Disease constantly gets misdiagnosed for other diseases. Check out the Lyme Disease Support Forum on this site, and also the parasite Cleanse forum. parasites can also cause a post nasal drip. I would consider these before you really worry too much about cancer.
