Re: Second Cleanse Not As Good

I have done six cleanses so far. I found that after my first cleanse I had the same problem with a sore bottom. It seemed that the results I got were after the 3rd ES in the morning. That is when I seemed to flush out stones. The 4th ES just made me have diarreha all afternoon and my bottom was really sore by then. I have eliminated the 4th ES since my first cleanse. My bottom feels better.

I only got out four stones on my second cleanse. They were about 1 cm, though. Bigger than the first ones which were pea size or smaller. It seems that every cleanse results has been different. I was waiting for the big flush about 300 or more stones but it has yet to happen. This last time I got no stones. I'm wondering if I'm one who just doesn't have many stones. I did get some crud out when I went to the bathroom and I wonder if that is sludge. I also have not had an ache in my right side after this cleanse. On cleanses 2-5 I had a dull ache (not painful, just aware it was there) on my right side for a couple of days following the cleanse.
