I am sorry to hear about your mom. It does sound like she has gone past the point of hope, but as long as she is alive, there is always hope. As she can not eat or drink, the only possibility would be massive IV infusions of nutrients, and they certainly would not do that at the hospital. There are some other Tijuana resources such as Oasis of Hope, and Gerson. Also, there are some Dr.'s in the US, who might try mega-dose IV vitamins, but they will be hard to find.
