Regarding cofee enemas, you can administer these privately in your bathroom if it is large enough to lay down with your legs slightly bent. This is how I do it. First thing in the morning, I have my juice, and then the enema. I find the enema very relaxing. I start with a warm water (always disatilled) flush, and then 10-15 minutes hold for the cofee enema. My timer is set to 10 minutes, but often, I am so relaxed I add 5 more minutes.

As far as necessity, the coffe enema is not meant to cleanse the bowel. The caffene will stimulate the liver to release built up toxins. The caffene also causes the bile duct to open, and you can remove small gall stones this way. THere really is no substitute.

If youare not fighting aggressive visible cancer, then you do not need daily enemas. My recomendation is a three-day juice fast once per month, with enemas each day of hte fast. Also, if you do a Liver Flush (see Hulda Clark Method), then you would want to finish with coffee enema.
