I agree that organic is best, however, the issue is price and availability. 20# of organic food per day can get very expen sive and beyond many peoples budget. THe site I posted showed that certain produce such as pineapple shows no difference in levels of toxics for organic vs. non-organic. 2Tuff recomends lots of pinapple, and I agree. Eating 1 organic pinaple per day could cost $10 alone depending on your location.
Most of us have limited resourced that require that we make some compromise. My point is to only compromise on produce that generally does not require pesticides.
