I use an enema regularly before the flush to insure any waste that resides will be evacuated. It frees up the system. Metaphorically, I would compare it to sorting dross and waste in a landfill. It's harder to search for trash at the bottom when the top layer still remains;therfore, cleaning the first things are needed to reach the last section. Similarly but in direct contrast, the enema clears the bottom layer and then proceeds to the top i.e. the oldest to the most current material. You can't get to the last phase without going through a prior one. Getting the Liver Flush to perform sucessfully or optimally recquires a clear system, free from any burdens, ready to easily get the stones out and comfortably. And also, extra waste in the body only keeps and spreads toxins into the body.
