Re: Is an enema necessary prior to the liver cleanse?

This is my very first time posting, but I have been reading this site for years and doing Liver Flushes for at least 4 years. They helped me tremendously! Just did my first in a long while tonight along with some rather intensive colon cleansing (I use a bucket enema repeatedly with some ACV, Apple Cider Vinegar in some of the flushes).

It is true that toxins get stirred up around your body when you are doing a flush--that's why it can be a bit difficult to sleep. Be sure to take 8 capsules of ornithine 500mg each as Hulda Clark e prescribes! This makes a huge difference! But, I find it also really helps to flush a couple of hours AFTER I do the olive oil. I don't go right to sleep as I'm a night owl (unfortunately). If you are able to go to sleep, that is best. But if you wake during the night with discomfort, a couple of enema flushes will give relief.

As for cleaning your colon, you should do that regularly. If you are particularly toxic (full of....) then you should do this beforehand as the previous poster points out. But generally I do not do Colon Cleanses (ie, bucket enemas) before my Liver Flush, since I am already quite cleaned out. Hope that helps!
