Re: Herbs to help the cleanse to be more successful

Have you done a parasite cleanse? Check out the symptoms of parasites in your system. You might be able to clear up some of your health problems with a parasite cleanse.

I may check out these chinese herbs.

The first flush I did was extremely successful, but the following three were not (at least nothing I could see). The first time I drank a pint of olive oil, and it was hard to take! So the last flushes I did I only drank maybe a cup of olive oil, but with no success that I could see. The way I take the olive oil is--I blend fresh grapefruit juice with the olive oil (1/4 cup each time, every 15 minutes) in the blender. Before I drink it, I put a little organic maple syrup on the tip of my tongue, and then a little after I get the olive oil down (or I drink a little V-8 juice before and after. One cleanse I drank too much V-8 because I couldn't take the olive oil taste. Well, I vomited that up in the middle of the night! So DON'T drink too much V-8 juice). Then I follow with a tablespoon or two of fresh lemon juice. The 2nd cleanse I used the Epsom Salts , and didn't see any gallstones. The first cleanse I did not use Epsom Salts , and I must have passed hundreds of Gallstones that time. Whether the Epsom Salts helps I don't know. I also blend the epsom salts with grapefruit juice.

What I want to know is that I read that people are doing lots of cleanses, and even on their 18th cleanses, they are passing lots of gallstones. I am 54, just started these cleanses, and don't seem to be passing any the last few times. Perhaps not taking enough olive oil?? It makes me gag!! I sure wish it tasted better.

Well, anyway, just thought I would relay my experiences.

Thanks for the forum (could do without some of the r-rated comments, though and the laugh cure pictures that are r-rated). But, a helpful forum for me anyway.
