Mercury, Amalgams, and breastfeeding.....

Hello all!
I have gathered some advice/facts on Amalgam removal(NOT to do it while breastfeeding) and breastfeeding and have been advised against breastfeeding because of my mercury fillings.I have been told that mercury will leak into my breast milk and harm the baby. I have 6 children, ranging in ages from 6 to 17, all breastfed during infancy. Now I am scared witless that I may have done some harm to them!! I am a firm believer in "Breast is Best", and don't even want to consider not breastfeeding the new baby!

Any advice anyone??
