The liverflush will get rid off liverflukes (and some parasites) . When your intestines and liver are clean and you feel you have a Tapeworm get one of the parasite cleanses that people suggest.
See my post below under Ghee for the best oils to flush with. You can always put some Wormwood in olive oil when you flush if you so desire. If you go through the trouble of flushing you would try for the most succesful one I would think.
Just make sure that you keep flushing till the liver is clean 3x in a row.
