I have been taking Nystatin for 3 months and just recently switched to Olive Leaf Extract. Two days after the switch I am in major pain - right elbow (tendonitis), and upper back. Is this a "die off reaction"? Do you think it's from getting off the Nystatin, or getting on the Olive Leaf??
