for this great information! I just got on Curezone to look into Candida for a friend, and found your generous post. It seems so far I haven't seen any other detailed instruction for curing candida, other than diet suggestions. I will give this to him.
I have 1 question, is the "3 oz arrow" arrowroot? Or another herb?
