Subject: Re: [gallstones] First (successful?) flush results
Hi,
I got 50 stones on my first flush, 250 on my second, and about 450 on my
third.
I'd recommend sticking with the times recommended. They are not arbitrary.
They also don't change with our personal schedules. How daylight savings
time affects them I don't know. I live on the time zone border also. These
minor effects on our real time aren't as important as changing the time
altogether. The times are based on our internal daily cycle. Our internal
cycle is based on the 24 hour lunar cycle. As an experienced shift worker,
I can attest to the fact that our bodies have a schedule independent of our
sleep/awake imposed schedule. The gallbladder has a peak of energy at night
and a low of energy during the day. We get tired at night, but some body
functions perk up at night, and the gallbladder is one of them. The times
recommended for the flush are the optimum times for the bodily functions to
give the best flush possible.
The latest word is that juice is just as good as water to mix with the Epsom
Salts.
Hope this helps. Are you going to change your name to "alreadyflushed" now
:-))
