Subject: [gallstones] First (successful?) flush results
To: gallstones@yahoogroups.com
Well, I finally completed my first flush Saturday and don't know
whether it was successful or not. I used apple juice with the E. Salts
and bumped the times up to 4:30, 6:30 and then oil at 8:30. Wasn't
sure which position to be in so I started flat on my back for 20
minutes then did the right side with knee pulled up. Didn't feel much
going on but heard a lot of sound effects. Spent a lot of time in the
bathroom Sunday and here's what happened:
first trip--1 stone, 2nd trip- about 30 stones (the best all day),
then 5 more, 7 more, 1 more, 5 more, 5 more, 5 more, 9 more, 3 more
and then 1 more for a total of about 76. Is this good for the first
time? They were all tan but with the green inside--mostly small but a
couple small cherry size. I was a little disappointed there weren't
more, especially with all the noise I heard! I know I must have more.
I had hoped to reach at least 100. H. Clark says you must pass 2000 in
order to obtain complete relief from back pain. At this rate I'll need
20 flushes to reach that!
I wonder if changing the times was detrimental. Or maybe not using
water with the salts. Well, I will do it again weekend of 4/26 and
see what happens. Is it possible to get higher numbers on subsequent
flushes?
