Are you visiting toilet? How often? Did you try enema?


Yes, pain and bloating can sometimes be caused by freshly squeezed friut juice, or freshly squeezed vegetable juice, or vegitable broth.

When there is huge imabalance inside bowel, anything can cause pain and bloating.

Try massaging your intestines, while walking barefoot on uneven surface (beach, marbles on th floor) ...

Did you try cammomile tea?

Do enema until you get rid of all gas inside your bowel.
Most likely, pain is caused by bloating.
Try also coffee enema.
Also, take daily magnesium sulfate.


Also, probiotics, and pancreatic digestive enzymes can help.


Walking barefoot is also very important. If you can't do it outside, do it inside house, on marbles, or on beans (small stones) or something similar. Or, someone can give you foot massage. STRONG and painful !


If you have enough money, take Shiatsu treatment, or treatment by acupressure, or Yumeiho therapy, or Reflaxotherapy, or if you can't find any of those therapist, then take a treatment of any massage.


When you are not bloated any more, do liver flush.
