A little bit confused!

Hi

I have a few points of confusion to address:

1) Apart from the parasite cleanse do I have do ALL the other cleanses ie: colon, kidney, liver etc? Will the parasite cleanse kill ALL the parasites -like say they are in the blood, intestines or where ever? Is it one cleanse for ALL parasites?
2) I know this may sound a bit sad, but I am not able to swallow tablets......so with the Wormwood and the Cloves can I open the capsules and take it like that or can you get these in liquid form at all?
