Depending on where you want to jump in and start cleansing......Dr. Clark has an order in which to cleanse. She is located on the homepage at the top. It is best to follow that order. However.....if you are like me, I never was very good at following directions, so I jumped in doing the liver flush. (location--homepage--on the left hand side of the page) I did many of them 2-3 weeks apart, until I saw no more stones. In between, I did a couple of Colon Cleanses and a parasite flush. I am now into my second week of yet another colon cleanse, this time using liquid Bentonite clay and psyllium husks and loving every minute of it!

I also purchased a zapper. So, read all you can and then YOU decide how you want to begin.

We are people from all over the world who believe we have the power in our tiny hands to heal ourselves and, in turn, make ourselves feel and look better. Then it is our job to tell at least one more person. We have to get the word out!
