Re: Seasonal Psoriasis? Is there such a thing?

Finally someone who has their Psoriasis get worse in the summer months....my doctor even told me that she had never heard of that. About the humidity, mine does get worse then. I have had it for approx 10 yrs. Tried everything - used Dovonex (made it much worse); tried steriod creams which worked, but when it came back it was much worse than before. I am currently trying to take care of it myself. A girl told me that she had psoriasis, but had cured it by taking large doses of Biotin (which is found in the vitamin section of Wal-Mart). I just started taking it about 2 weeks ago and so far it seems to be showing a small improvement. I am taking 5000mg a day. I will let you know as I progress if it continues to improve. I personally can't wait for winter since it is much easier to hide it under clothing.

Let me know if you come up with any solutions

Good luck
