I have had these red patches on either side of my nose. I am not sure what it is... if it is Psoriasis or not. They come every fall and disappear every spring. I believe that the sunlight I get is what helps make the dry red patches disappear each spring. Could it be that it was sunlight from being outside more than normal that contributed to your Psoriasis disappearing? Tweet
