I checked out your site. I love it. Lots of info there!! I put that bugger in my favorites!!! :) Thank you! I have no psoriasis, however is has been dormant for years. I blame that on 1000 IU's a day. It took me about 9-10 months to see that it was gone!! Of course I layed off the citrus and acidy foods. No real special treatment. Just that good ol'vitamine E!!! That vitamine is awsome if ya ask me! I didnt ease into it ..I just started taking 1000 IU's and kept it up no matter what. I finally saw results. Thanks again for that terrific site. I will be looking at it from time to time.
