Hi Bondo - glad you found success with your hand sanitizer. I have scalp Psoriasis and have tried everything! I too have gone down the line that you tried - the re-creation of the ocean - I use a 100% seaweed powder from a company in Belfast - I have the treatments down to every 2 weeks now - bit messy, but they work for me.
I would love to try the hand sanitizer but I do get an allergic reaction to any hand wash (it plays havoc with the hand wash supplies in work!!) - and wonder what it would do to my scalp!?!

Having thought about it - I think the alcohol in the sanitizer would stop any build up of nasties and therefore allow sores to heal.
