Liver Flushing is a cure for psoriasis... it certainly has been for me anyhow... it just makes common horse sense that since the liver is responsible for cleansing the toxins from our body then it would stand to reason that an over loaded liver that was full of toxins would be unable to perform properly and allow all kinds of other problems to occur in other organs... and since the skin is the largest organ of the body... makes sense to me that it would be a dead give away for an disfunctional liver...

yet the diet plays a major part in health... so... you're right... flare ups are probably caused by diet... acidic foods... do a google search on alakaline verses acidic foods...
try to notice if flare ups come after eating foods that are very acidic... like meat... alcohol... caffeine... cakes... etc... you might try adding extra vegetables (always alkaline)...

also you might want to check out what foods are good/bad for your blood type... you might also read the article "fats that heal and fats that kill"... that is very important information to know for one interested in good health...

best wishes to you and yours...

lol...
;-)
