No one small 30g. jar for my kids eczema has lasted me for over 3 months and I think that it is worth it! And no we have been using it for a year now and it is not addicting my kids only use it when they have a flare up and that is every once in a while. There is no cure as of yet for eczema or Psoriasis that I know of. To get them under control you have to be willing to change your whole diet and the way you live. I found that orange juice was a big problem for my son and now he doesn't drink it or eat oranges.
