I took the B&P for about a week, less I think, before I started seeing the muciod plaque.
The dosage was 1 Tbs Bentonite and 1-3 tsp of Psyllium, but you should build up to it(the 1-3 tsp of Psyllium part) and experiment to see what works for you.
This cleans very well...
I would wait to do the para-cleanse, since onece the muciod plaque is gone, it exposes the critters beneath it,
I'll work better afterwards. I would not do them together.
