Shelley! Epsom salt nearly killed me on my last flush!

Ok maybe thats a slight exagerration! but the two morning doses totally wiped me out and i was extremely de-hydrated afterwards.
I made sure that i was fully hydrated going into this flush and felt great until the first dose of epsom in the morning. The second one made me feel so ill and i had this happen to me last time too!
Can i just have the Epsom Salts the night of the flush and skip the morning doses as they are the ones that put me on my ass.
I would instead do some enemas that day and then a colonic the day after.
I see you have a recipe for a salt free flush Shelley but i do feel that the salt the night of helps clear me out and open everything up for the release of the stones.
I dont want to messs with the flush too much as the 2-3 week wait seems like a long wait only to go and mess it all up and not get any results.
