Ok maybe thats a slight exagerration! but the two morning doses totally wiped me out and i was extremely de-hydrated afterwards.
I made sure that i was fully hydrated going into this flush and felt great until the first dose of epsom in the morning. The second one made me feel so ill and i had this happen to me last time too!
Can i just have the Epsom Salts the night of the flush and skip the morning doses as they are the ones that put me on my ass.
I would instead do some enemas that day and then a colonic the day after.
I see you have a recipe for a salt free flush Shelley but i do feel that the salt the night of helps clear me out and open everything up for the release of the stones.
I dont want to messs with the flush too much as the 2-3 week wait seems like a long wait only to go and mess it all up and not get any results.

Yes, but will Oxypowder open up the bile ducts? I've been taking magnesium oxide for years and it's never had that effect on me. I have the same problems with Epsoms, so I don't take them the morning of the flush. But I really need something to open the bile ducts. I'm sure Shelley can shed some light on this.

MoreThis is a reply to # 325,586Im not sure. But I use to be concerned about that same issue. But I actually get more stones with the oxy than I did with the ES. And when I did enemas and no oxy OR ES. I got very few stones. So it looks to me like the magnesium in the oxy opens the bile ducts.

This is a reply to # 325,588Are the ES you are referring to taken before or after the flush? Are you saying that you take ES before a flush to help open the bile ducts but it can be too harsh for some as Shelly said it is too much on her and others kidneys? In what order are you talking about to take this stuff?

This is a reply to # 325,595They're referring to the Clark protocol, which says to make up a HUGE batch of Epsom Salt water (most use apple juice) and have two doses prior to the oil/juice, and two doses the following morning. Some of us like to forego the morning doses as unnecessary - we've got enema buckets or get colonics instead - and some of us, like me, don't take Es at all ever. We just dissolve our stones prior to the flush, or at most use magnesium citrate, a gentler form of magnesium.

This is a reply to # 325,582Yes, you can take a dose of Es or magnesium citrate prior to the flush to open the bile ducts, and then skip any other dose. Just be sure to do some other method to cleanse the colon and get the stones out pronto!
