I was wondering i have candida and i'm doing candida diet, is it ok to eat kichadi for a whole day or should i rotate foods still? Today I made veggie and lentil soup but i had it nearly all day, will the yeast get use to this? Its just if i make a big pot it last longer then one meal.
Also i got my enema pot from yoga and health, its excellent. What do you recommend is the best herb or mix for brain fog?
I have been doing P&B shakes for nearly 3 weeks, i have no problems with them, can i continue with them for as long as it takes to feel less foggy?
I have read all your marvelous F&Qs so many times but I still love to get your personal response (probably cos I'm so foggy i forget what i've just read!!!)
