oh oops! I remember this post. I think I had the window open and CureZone was going all wonky, constant server errors and such and everything crashed.

So okay. The phlegm is easy to address, you've already made a good start with taking out dairy products (butter is okay). Refined sugars and flours should be taken out too. She should be eating good, homemade broths of all kinds - bieler, potassium, chicken, beef. Hit a good delicatessin if you don't have time to cook. Kosher chicken broth is the BOMB. :) Kichadi and the Morrocan Soup would be good too. Ginger and peppermint tea are a must. The cleansing drink would be good if she can handle it, just use a dash of ACV and the cayenne will help her in tons of ways. Tincture is easier to handle than powder.

A bit of bowel and lymph cleansing would be great. Liver Cleansing may be too much for her for now, but if she can handle the cleansing carrot salad that would be fantastic. It does a ton of good, especially when coupled with drinking peppermint tea and ACV and getting plenty of good oils like olive.

The phlegm is probably the body's natural response to finally being off tobacco for years. The cilia that were all paralyzed by the poisons are finally working and sloughing off years of toxins.

She should be getting plenty of skin, blood and repair food: cod liver oils, zinc, vitamin C - EmergenC - and CalMagFizz would also help the anxiety. Wheat germ oil will ensure she is getting vitamin E and essential B vits.

She has a LOT of pent-up emotions from her ill health and from repressing a lot of emotions so as to not "bother anyone." This really needs to be addressed for her to feel balanced again. Gentle massage, nice baths with a good scent, bubbles, oils, and Epsom Salts /baking soda, would be great. If you can find a Flower Essences practioner in your area, this would address many of these issues. A castor oil pack on the abdomen, chest and back would be great too.

Make sure she's getting plenty of fluids. When we get older and less mobile, it is easy to just lose the habit of drinking fluids. She should have something to drink next to her at all times. This is a major issue, she needs to understand how dangerous dehydration is. 3 days of dehydration will kill you.

Hope that helps! :)
