An enema is always the best second response (water is first) to any sort of healing crisis, whether it's a runny nose or migraine. Try it and you'll see! Just a salted water flushing enema is all you need to do, but coffee enemas are fantastic for pain too.
Sensitivity to light sounds like a caffeine withdrawal headache, was it just a short time ago that you quit caffeine? That is a major detox, not much you can do about it but suffer I'm afraid!
Back off on the ACV just a bit (down to 1-3 teaspoons a day) and see about taking a bit more magnesium, like 500 mg daily for 3 days.
