Hi Shelley,
I wrote you about two weeks ago and you helped me understand what I need to do to conquer my candida. :) I was about ready to really crack right then...your reply really turned me around and gave me a new hope. Thank you! :)
I have done one successful
Liver Flush and am sticking to the candida diet. I have been taking 32oz of water with 6-8 tbsp ACV every day for the last 2-3 weeks. I also have been on oregano oil for the last month and take many of your recommended supplements. My
Clarkia just came in the mail today, so I will be doing that for the next two weeks, then another liver flush.
My problem is that I have been getting a nasty headache everyday since I did the LF, and most of it feels like a sinus headache/almost migraine sometimes. Today I am having massive nasal drip(It is rare for me to ever be able to breath through my nose. I have always been an Excedrin user, and I know it has caffeine in it and that is BAD, but these headaches are KILLING me. I sit at a computer for most of the day at work and then go straight to class until about 9pm, so there is no way for me to go home and relax and such. My eyes are so light sensitive at this point I have to dim my screem way down.
What can I do about these headaches? Any idea what is causing them? I know you are supposed to have a
colonic or something after LF, but that is not an option for me right now. Should I do an enema or a SWF?
Thanks for your time. I really appreciate your 1-2-1 help.
Take Care,
Christi
