Question about hormones

I went through menopause a couple years ago and have been sympton free since then.....until the last few weeks. Now I have hot flashes and/or night sweats.

The curious part to me is that that occurs daily at 7p like clockwork. My house will be even quite cool, but at 7p, I notice the hot flashes coming on. They last on an off all evening and through the night until about 4a.

Do you have any idea why this would happen on such a schedule? And have started again after 2 years? (They were never regular before).
