I read that EFA absorbtion and utilization will be dramatically improved if you mix your EFAs with a sulfur-rich and electrically-rich protein, such as kefir. They have a dipolarity between them, meaning that they have opposite electrical charges. So if you mix them, they bind to each other readily making them much more water soluble.
Is this really true? Should everyone taking EFAs be supplementing them with kefir?
