frequent urination

I have to urinate about 8 to 10 times a day. A lot more often than other people. At work i even feel awkward, others go to the bathroom maybe once or twice a day, I seem to be going all the time. Frequent urination is often listed in the candida questionnaire so i suppose it has to do with candida. I do not have any other problems with urine such as bladder infections, no burning sensation, just frequency puzzles me. Of course i do drink quite a bit of water about 1.5 liters (8 glasses) a day and tea. (mostly dandelion, fennel, Yogi spicy teas, peppermint)

What does it mean? Is it normal drinking all that water (most other people do not drink that much of course) Do we candida people all have this? Is there something with the kidneys?
