...about the protective mucous layer being eroded. I am doing a good bit better recently with the addition of the probiotics that actually work, and I also eliminated some things that were causing me pain ( allergic reactions )like kefir and my favorite spelt tortillas, boo-hoo! For a long time I was passing big ole' chunks of clear lining, YIKES!! - SO painful. I have added some solgar multi vitamins recenly, so maybe that along with the Livatone Plus will help. Boy this candida has tore up my poor innards Shelley! By the way, what does wheat germ oil and nutritional yeast do?? Thanks for all your help :-).
