Re: enemas during colonix?

People have reported having dreams like that, yep! problem is, you had the dream AFTER I mentioned it, so it may be a dream to relieve anxiety rather than a truly diagnostic dream. Only want to make sure is to do a parasite expulsion protocol (see FAQ for options) and see what comes out.

Colonix is a very gentle fiber, I like it a lot. It depends on where you are with your leaky gut, however. I went thru periods where any kind of fiber was simply too irritating and enemas/colonics were my only way to keep the colon clean. If it isn't irritating then go for it, but you may need to take a break every 3-4 days. Leaky gut is caused by inflammation and you don't want to be scouring inflammed tissue, see what I mean? So if you inadvertently eat something that causes inflammation fiber is not the best thing at that time. At that point, enemas, aloe vera, marshmallow, are the best course.
