When you use a blender and blend whole fruits and veggies the fiber is preserved because you eat it all. It's only when you use a juicer that you discard the fiber, and even then you can use the pulp in salads and such.
Be sure to read the recipes in the fAQ, most of them are prepared with pungent herbs and spices (especially Kichadi) and are slow-cooked to ensure that htey are very easy to digest and raise digestive power. :)
