If you don't need to do a major cleanse for symptoms like acne, CFS, clogged lymphs, arthritic pain, etc., then once a week or as needed like you just did is just fine. Sometimes what's best is to do 3 in a week and then just take a break for a month to six weeks. Everyone's different! I never found that they interfered with my colon health, I've never been prone to constipation unless I eat really really wrong heh, and doing frequent enemas never weakened my colon.
