Hiya, I had to buy some dried milk powder to send with the kefir grains...when you get it it will smell very yeasty!
Good to talk to you the other day, sorry I had to go, it's a bit expensive during the day and I get tired if on the phone too long.
Did you have your class yesterday? What did the mighty Barbara recommend this time?!! I've been doing urine rubs every day bar yesterday. Definitely felt an increase in energy though I keep craving brazil nuts and eating a 250gms packet every day!!!! What is all that about? So my liver is clogged full of brazil fat now!! Anyway, hope you're ok!
