cold press flax oil

I posted this in Ask Andreas Forum , but ill ask you too. I bought the pills thinking it would be good to help move bile along. I didn't think about the effect it would have on my liver to break the pills don. they are like gel capsules. Andreas does not think that it would help, but do you think it would hurt? If I open up the gel caps and squeeze the liquid out will it make it easier for my liver to digest?
