I seem to be calmer. I have given up a lot of bad habits all at once - sugar, wheat products, pasteurized milk, alchohol - all the baddies. This has left me calmer but less stimulated. I'm trying to find a healthy way to stimulate the brain now. Green tea and Ginseng make me feel a bit too wired. I'm looking to raise the cognitive side of things slowly but surely. I know that I'm starting to sleep better. That has been a big difference.
