My experience so far...

Hi,

I haven't completed my program yet, but I thought I'd share with you what I've experienced so far. I'm a 32-year-old caucasian male, currently about 40-50 pounds overweight.

Last year, I had an acute gallbladder colic "attack". After a few days of enduring this, I went to an ER, and after an ultrasound, they confirmed that I did in fact have gall stones. I thought maybe it was just an ulcer. I had just lost some 90 pounds over the previous eighteen months, and my method was less than healthy, however, so it seems I was ripe for a gall stone attack.

Of course, they wanted to schedule me for surgery right away. Would tomorrow work for me? (NOT BLOODY LIKELY!) I went to my naturopath, who prescribed various things. ( Epsom Salts , which I ignored -- silly me -- and medium chain triglycerides, and phosphatidine cholide (?), and lecithin, and no fats...) After a couple days, the last attack occurred, and I could find gall stones in my stool, so I figured that was over with. Not realizing it, I just bought into the idea that the gall stones occur in the gall bladder, and, if you have them, it'll hurt, if not, you won't.

Anyway, a few weeks later, my left shoulder popped out of place one night as I slept. It took me some three weeks for the pain to subside, but it never truly went away, and my shoulders were off balance. But, with the pain gone, I was able to "deal with it" for awhile.

Until about six weeks ago, when the full fury of the pain of having my shoulder dislocated returned. My wife convinced me to go see a chiropractor, and he did his battery of muscle tests. He managed to reset the shoulder, plus handle a haital hernia, and fix some other things, but my gallbladder kept showing up as a problem spot.

Well, I figured I'd need to do a cleanse to flush out the stones, so I started investigating it. I had recently been thinking that I should do a colon cleanse, and thus I figured I should probably just figure out this cleansing stuff and get this handled before, say, another acute attack.

Well, as I started the investigation, I discovered the recommended sequence -- Colon, then Parasite, then Liver/Gall Bladder. (Kidney could be in there somewhere, but I'm skipping that for now, as kidney hasn't ever been an issue for me.) So, I started (actually, had already started) a Colon Cleanse (one off eBay), and then switched to a more potent Colon Cleanse / parasite cleanse / rebuild program from Yerba. This, of course, increased my bowel movements from 1-2 per day to 6-12 per day. (I went for the "strong" cleanse -- but even the cleanse I got from eBay was already flushing my system quite thoroughly...)

Then I got the parasite Cleanse stuff from Dr. Hulda Clark -- the Black-Walnut Hull / Wormwood / Cloves kit. The first daye I used this, I wound up with a boil on my right side and another on my right elbow. Interestingly, on my right side, I used to occasionally get a sharp shooting pain if I bent in various ways. It seems there was a small intruder in the vicinity, and I didn't recognize the warning sign.

I never actually sifted through my excretia to try to find parasites, but the character of my excrement was a bit different at times. I occasionally would excrete a three-foot-long (or so) single, continuous flow, but I wasn't really interested in pulling it apart to see if that three feet was a single critter or just fecal matter. Occasionally, however, the appearance of a parasite or twenty (just today...) would be fairly obvious.

Anyway, I finished up the major portion of the parasite cleanse today, and when I went to the chiropractor, the gall bladder was no longer a "problem spot" per his muscle tests. As far as he could tell, it looked healthy.

And I haven't even done the liver/gall flush yet!

In the interests of full disclosure, besides all the herbs for the cleansing, I've also been taking various supplements religiously, including hGH "releasers", various vitamins (1000 mg C, 800-1200 IU E, big B complex, 100mg real niacin), multi-mineral supplements (not multi-vitamin/multi mineral, but purely multi-mineral, plus boron, chromium, and magnesium separately), and lecithin, and cranberry and saw palmetto, occasionally throwing in some echinacea and goldenseal for good measure. And I've also been taking a couple of anabolic pro-hormones, but that's a topic for a different message board.

My pill count in the morning would put most geriatric nurses to shame.

I also modified my diet so that the bulk of my protein comes from soy sources, limiting meat intake to once per day or less on average... although this wasn't really a choice so much as a month-plus-long craving for soy and peanut butter... I've also been craving citrus like mad for the last week or so -- I've eaten more grapefruit, lemons, and limes in the last week than in the previous year. In fact, I'd never actually eaten a lemon or a lime as an actual fruit (i.e. peel it and eat it) before the last week or so.

I also purchased a Colloidal Silver generator and started a Colloidal Silver program along with this last night.

I'm feeling quite... light... these days.

I'll do my first liver/gall flush this weekend. I'll keep you posted. My wife and I will be alternating weekends for doing this for the next eight weeks. (She's also been doing the other flushes.)
