Vibration humming buzzing sensation in foot HELP!!!

I was wondering if you have ever heard of this. 7 months ago I started getting a vibration feeling in the bottom of my left foot. It came and went and sometimes it would hurt a little in the arch. Then it became more frequent and began to freak me out , cannot see it visably but felt like the floor was humming when put it down on floor , weird. Went to three neurologist , Had Mri 3 of the brain over a period of 8 months now. Neuro sent me to podo dr for feet, he said it was tarsal tunnel 3 shots of cortisone then wanted to operate, went to internist and endro dr. had blood test to check Thyroid and Sugar all normal. Then sent for mri of ankle and foot , normal no tarsal tunnel. Went to therapist to talk thought going crazy. Then went to have a nerve conduction and muscle test. Came back have that there is a significant evidence of prolonged distal latencies of the left median sensory and motor nerve indicating carpal tunnel, Also Ulnar Entrapment neuropathy Cubital tunnel syndrome. S1 and S2 radiculopathy spinal stenotic condition. What does all this mean and would this cause foot to vibrate. Al. I did have knee surgery arthroscoptic in 2000 in same same left knee any connection. Sorry thyis is so long and winded but it is driving me nuts hard to relax. Especially when trying to sleep or just sitting still. Any help suggestions advice would be welcomed. I also go to a chiropractor and accupuncturist.
