Don't be silly, sans sucre. (Love your username by
the way!). It's so helpful to me to hear other points
of view. You are absolutely right. Soy provides you
with a good source of protein, and your body handles
it well, so you should keep it in your regimen.
We may have similar health problems, but our bodies
are totally individualized and what works for some won't
(and shouldn't) work for others.
I try and "listen" to my body as much as I can, and
when it tells me it doesn't like something, hopefully I'm
able to pick up on it. It sounds like you're listening
to yours.
Don't ever hesitate to share your point of view. It's
refreshing !
