Is diatomaceous earth really really safe?

I was reading your response to someone and you
recommended DE to chop up the parasites. I'm
going to do a parasite cleanse - is Paragone a
good product? It contains Wormwood , Black-Walnut
hulls and cloves plus lots of other stuff.

I don't want to see these guys but I'm somewhat
nervous about taking DE too. Have you taken it?
It won't cut my colon into little pieces, will it !?
